Offering Service on All Product Lines

Customer Service

At Crawford Door Sales we are committed to providing excellent customer service. When you call the office during normal business hours, you will be greeted by a real person, not a recording. This personal level of service carries down through our entire organization – from our office staff, to our salespeople and out into the field with our service personnel. Our technicians will be experienced, friendly & knowledgeable and will treat each customer with honesty and fairness.

Preventive Maintenance

One of the key services we offer to help keep your facility running properly is our preventive maintenance program. Crawford Door Sales will send out a salesperson to meet with you, take a survey of your facility & offer you a free personalized quote. This quote will cover the recurring cost for participation in our preventive maintenance program for the term that best suits your needs as well as costs for repairs of any door problems that were easily identified during the survey. When the crew comes out to perform your preventive maintenance service, they will report back to the sales department with additional repair requirements so you can be notified of the cost before the work proceeds. Preventive maintenance services are available quarterly, bi-annually and yearly. For more information on our preventive maintenance program or to schedule a survey, please call the office at (615)244-4051.

Fire Door Testing

Crawford Door Sales also offers drop-testing services for fire doors. Fire doors play a key role in building safety. When operating properly, fire doors help protect property and save lives in the event of an emergency. Defective, damaged or non-functioning fire doors can lead to tragic results and may subject building owners and managers to catastrophic losses and increased legal liability. While every municipality adheres to different codes, the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) is the originator of one of the more commonly recognized sets of regulations. The NFPA code requires building owners to have their rolling and sliding fire doors inspected and tested annually and to maintain written documentation of said inspection. If your local codes require you to do the same or you simply wish to have your doors tested to help improve safety and decrease liability, we encourage you to contact us and schedule an inspection of your fire doors.
