Service Department

At Crawford Door Sales, we are committed to providing excellent service. We have a technician on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help keep your business running smoothly and to maintain safety and security at your home.

When you call Crawford Door Sales during normal business hours, you will be greeted by a real person, not a recording. This personal level of service carries down through our entire organization – from our office staff to our salespeople and out into the field with our service personnel. We even follow up on our work with a phone call to ensure that you are satisfied with the service you received!

Our technicians are experienced, friendly and knowledgeable, and treat all customers with honesty and fairness.

Preventive Maintenance
One of the key services we offer to help keep your facility running properly is our preventive maintenance program. Crawford Door Sales will send out a member of our sales staff to meet with you, take a survey of your facility and offer you a free, personalized quote to repair any door problems that are currently identified and to enroll in our preventive maintenance program. Membership in our program will afford you a discount on the initial repairs, which have been identified at the time of the survey, as well as a reduced service call rate for any other issues that arise during the term of the agreement. Preventive maintenance services are available quarterly, bi-annually and yearly. For more information on our preventive maintenance program, or to schedule a survey, please call the office at 615-244-4051 or contact our preventive maintenance department via email: .

Fire Door Testing
Crawford Door Sales also offers drop-testing services for fire doors. Fire doors play a key role in building safety. When operating properly, fire doors help protect property and save lives in the event of an emergency. Defective, damaged or non-functioning fire doors can lead to tragic results and may subject building owners and managers to catastrophic losses and increased legal liability. While every municipality adheres to different codes, the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) is the originator of one of the more commonly recognized sets of regulations. The NFPA code requires building owners to have their rolling and sliding fire doors inspected and tested annually and to maintain written documentation of said inspection. If your local codes require you to do the same or you simply wish to have your doors tested to help improve safety and decrease liability, we encourage you to contact us and schedule inspection of your fire doors.
